Apricot Yoghurt SmoothieThis drink is a meal on its own.

Ingredients:
200 g carton lowfat yoghurt1/4 cup Sanitarium So Good Lite or skim milk1/2 cup canned apricots in natural juice, drained or 1 banana2 tsp Sanitarium Honey1/4 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp cinnamon2 ice cubes

Directions:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend well.Serve in a tall glass. Sprinkle top with cinnamon
