Tangy Chickpea DipSuggestions:

Use this low-fat spread on your sandwiches instead of margarine.Ingredients:

  • 310 g can chickpeas, drained
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt
  • 1 tsp fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp dried cumin
  • 1 Tbsp lemon juice

Directions:

  1. Puree chickpeas and fold through remaining ingredients.
  2. Refrigerate until required.
  3. Serve with crunchy vegetable sticks and water crackers.
